One Health Evaluation
We have expertise and experience in evaluating multidisciplinary projects and cross-sectoral collaborations. Our previous work evaluated the implementation of One Health in Kenya using the Network For Evaluation of One Health (NEOH) One Health framework.
Our evaluation services are designed to assess the efficacy and impact of One Health initiatives. We use rigorous methodologies to measure the effectiveness of strategies and programs, and to guide future interventions. Our comprehensive evaluations are critical for policy and decision-making, helping our clients to optimize their resources and achieve their objectives.
OUR WORK On EVALUATION
At TCL, we conduct comprehensive evaluations of One Health projects to ensure they meet their intended objectives and make a positive impact. An example is the evaluation we undertook for a three-year project aimed at enhancing access to and coordination of human and animal health services in Marsabit County. The evaluation, using tools such as the Network for One Health (NEOH) and the Evaluating knOwLedge Integration Capacity in multi-stakeholder governance (EVOLvINC), assessed the effectiveness, efficiency, and sustainability of the project. The insights gained from our evaluation not only guide future projects but also facilitate informed decision-making among all partners. This thorough approach to evaluation highlights TCL’s commitment to delivering sustainable health solutions through the One Health approach.
